'Mindfulness in Motion' for Primary 3
On 13th May, 2025, we had the wonderful opportunity to attend the "Mindfulness in Motion" talk led by Mr. Kwan. This session was particularly meaningful as it aligned with what our Primary 3 students are currently learning about mindfulness in their NET lessons with Ms. Arzu.
Mr. Kwan introduced the concept of mindful breathing, guiding the students through simple yet effective exercises. They learned to focus on their breath, which helped them feel more relaxed and present in the moment. It was inspiring to see how quickly the children embraced the practice, with many sharing how they felt calmer and more focused afterwards.
The talk emphasized the importance of taking a moment to breathe deeply, especially during stressful times. Students left with a newfound appreciation for mindfulness and the ability to apply these techniques in their daily lives, both at school and at home.
Overall, "Mindfulness in Motion" was a fantastic experience that complemented their ongoing studies. We are grateful to Mr. Kwan for sharing his expertise and inspiring our young minds!
